Return and Refund Policy

Subscriptions & Digital Services

Payments are non-refundable once your account is activated or service has started. You may cancel at any time, with access remaining until the end of the paid term. If your account is not activated, you may request a full refund within 7 business days of payment.

Service Issues

If technical problems prevent access to the platform and cannot be resolved, we will provide compensation or a free extension equal to the downtime.

Exclusions

Refunds do not cover third-party charges (payment providers or add-on services). Promotional offers and discounts are non-refundable.
